similar and differing outlooks and experiences – sharing of best practice

Course Description:

In the course, as you will be invited to look at the levels of conflict on your daily lives, we will examine where are the sources of the stress. We will explore where conflict exists in relationships, families, our schools and further afield. We will look at reasons why it is imperative to manage the conflict in order to improve a good mental and physical health.

Resilience and Emotional Agility will be studied by looking at the beliefs of popular theorists. The experiences of the participants will be shared and exercises and activities to build up resilience will take place. For some participants, they might just learn the tools to be able to say NO to over workload; For others, the fellow participants and facilitator will give support and advice on conflict resolution and management.

This course is useful and relevant to everybody.
